Loot Finance ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Swole mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information You Provide
When you use Swole, you may provide the following information:
- Profile Information: Your name, training experience level, and fitness goals
- Training Preferences: Equipment access, preferred units (lbs/kg), rest timer settings
- Workout Data: Exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, RPE ratings, and workout notes
- Training Programs: Program selections and progression data
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App, features used, and session duration
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide Core Functionality: Track your workouts, calculate progress, and recommend rest periods
- Power AI Coaching (Coach Pro): When you use the AI Coach feature, your training data is sent to our servers to generate personalized recommendations
- Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix issues
AI Coach Feature
When you subscribe to Coach Pro and use the AI Coach:
- Your training history and profile are sent to our secure servers
- We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized coaching advice
- Your data is processed but not stored on AI servers—each conversation is stateless
- We do not use your training data to train AI models
Data Storage
Local Storage
Your workout data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Cloud Sync (Coming Soon)
CloudKit sync across devices is currently in development. When available, your data will sync via Apple's CloudKit service:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Managed by Apple under their privacy policies
- Tied to your Apple ID

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share your information only in these circumstances:
- Service Providers: With providers who help us operate the App (e.g., AI processing for Coach Pro)
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition
Data Retention
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App
- AI Coach Conversations: Not retained after your session ends
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access Your Data: View all data stored in the App
- Delete Your Data: Delete your account and all associated data through Settings
- Export Your Data: Contact us to request an export of your data
Children's Privacy
Swole is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication for API access
- Regular security reviews
Changes to This Policy
